Content Aware Coding for Mobile TV

Its efforts to develop fully functional DVB-H broadcasting and mobile TV through UMTS have propelled Austria to the cutting edge in international terms. This project focuses on the study of user conditions for mobile TV and the influence of technical parameters on the dramaturgic aspects of formats and contents. Telecoms companies already offering mobile UMTS TV services will easily find commercial uses for the results of the project.
